To book a treatment, please complete the form on our Contact Page, including:

• Your preferred date and time
• Whether the appointment is at Belgravia Light Centre or a home visit

Note: Home visits are exclusively for referral-based clients. Please include the name of your referrer.

Alternatively, you may:

• Email me directly at bookings@bytinica.com
• Send a WhatsApp message with the same information

I do not accept phone calls due to ongoing treatments. However, if you wish to discuss your booking or determine which treatment best suits you, you may request a call back via WhatsApp.

• Studio bookings, home visits, events: 24 hours notice required
• International bookings: Policy varies depending on location and timing

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full treatment fee.

To secure your appointment:

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking
• The remaining balance is collected before your treatment begins

Paying the balance beforehand allows you to fully relax during your session without any payment concerns afterward.

Alternatively, clients may pay the full amount at the time of booking.

All clients must complete a consultation form at the time of booking. This ensures:

• There are no contraindications for your chosen treatment
• Sufficient information is gathered to create a truly bespoke session

Completing the form in advance allows your appointment time to focus entirely on your treatment rather than consultation.

• Arrive at least 10 minutes early to relax and use the facilities if needed
• Late arrivals will reduce your treatment time, as sessions are booked back-to-back
• Full payment is still required for late arrivals

Upon arrival:

• Take a seat at reception
• Send a WhatsApp message to confirm your arrival

For first-time visitors, please plan your journey carefully (e.g., via City Mapper) as calls or messages may not be answered if I am with another client.

• By Tinica maintains a no-refund policy for any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

• Valid for 6 months from the date of issue
• Delivered via email
• Please provide your voucher at the time of booking
• All standard cancellation policies apply
• Missed appointments without 48 hours’ notice will use the full voucher value

• Maintain courteous behaviour

Rudeness or disregard for studio policies will not be tolerated.
