These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by By Tinica. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or interacting with the business, you agree to the following terms. These policies are designed to protect both the client and the business while ensuring a professional, safe, and high-quality experience.

By Tinica provides professional wellness and treatment services including bespoke bodywork and related treatments. Services may be provided at the Belgravia Light Centre studio location or via approved home visits and external bookings.
By making a booking with By Tinica, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Appointments can be made through the following methods:
• Completing the booking form on the By Tinica Contact Page
• Emailing booking details to bookings@bytinica.com
• Sending a WhatsApp message with booking information
When booking, clients must provide:
• Full name
• Requested treatment
• Preferred date and time
• Appointment location (Belgravia Light Centre or home visit)
Home visits are available only for referral-based clients. The name of the referring client must be provided when requesting a home appointment.
Due to treatment sessions with clients, phone calls are not accepted. If a client wishes to discuss treatments or bookings by phone, a call back can be requested via WhatsApp.
Bookings are confirmed only once deposit payment and required forms have been completed.
To secure all bookings, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before the treatment begins on the day of the appointment.
This policy ensures that clients are able to fully relax and leave immediately after their treatment without needing to arrange payment afterwards.
Alternatively, clients may choose to pay the full treatment fee at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed during the booking process.
Failure to provide payment prior to the start of the appointment may result in cancellation of the session.
All clients must complete a consultation form at the time of booking.
This information is required to:
• Identify any contraindications to treatments
• Ensure the treatment is safe and suitable
• Allow the practitioner to prepare a personalised, bespoke session
Providing accurate health information is the responsibility of the client. By Tinica cannot be held liable for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions.
Completing consultation forms in advance allows the full appointment time to be dedicated to treatment rather than consultation.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments for:
• Studio bookings
• Home visits
• Events
International bookings may have separate cancellation terms depending on travel arrangements and location.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full treatment fee.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment where sufficient notice is provided.
By Tinica operates a strict no refund policy.
If an appointment is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice:
• The amount may be credited towards a future booking
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Missed appointments
• Late cancellations
• Dissatisfaction where the treatment has already been delivered
Clients attending appointments at the Belgravia Light Centre must arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
This allows time to:
• Relax before treatment
• Use the facilities if required
Upon arrival, clients should:
• Take a seat in reception
• Send a WhatsApp message confirming their arrival
Treatments are scheduled back-to-back with limited time between clients for room preparation and sanitation.
If a client arrives late:
• The treatment time will be shortened accordingly
• The full appointment fee remains payable
Clients are responsible for planning their journey in advance. If it is your first time attending the clinic, it is recommended that you plan your route using Citymapper or similar navigation tools.
Messages or calls may not be answered while another treatment is in progress.
Gift vouchers issued by By Tinica:
• Are valid for 6 months from the date of issue
• Are delivered via email
Clients must provide their voucher details at the time of booking.
All voucher bookings remain subject to the standard cancellation policy.
If an appointment booked using a voucher is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, the full voucher value will be redeemed.
Expired vouchers cannot be extended or refunded.
Home visits are available only to referral-based clients and are subject to availability.
Additional travel fees may apply depending on distance and travel time.
For events, external bookings, or international travel engagements, separate terms may apply including:
• Travel expenses
• Accommodation costs
• Adjusted cancellation policies
These will be confirmed prior to booking confirmation.
By Tinica is committed to maintaining a calm, professional, and respectful environment.
Clients are expected to:
• Behave respectfully towards the practitioner
• Respect business policies and appointment timings
• Maintain appropriate conduct during appointments
Any form of aggressive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour may result in:
• Immediate termination of the appointment
• Refusal of future bookings
• Loss of payment
By Tinica reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if:
• A treatment is deemed unsafe for the client
• Medical conditions contraindicate the service
• The client behaves inappropriately
• Policies are not respected
Client safety and wellbeing remain the highest priority.
While every effort is made to ensure treatments are performed safely and professionally, By Tinica shall not be held liable for:
• Undisclosed medical conditions
• Failure by the client to follow aftercare advice
• Reactions resulting from incomplete consultation information
Clients agree to take responsibility for providing accurate health information.
By Tinica collects personal and health information solely for the purpose of providing safe and personalised treatments.
Client data will:
• Be stored securely
• Not be shared with third parties without consent
• Be handled in accordance with UK data protection principles
Clients may request access to their stored information by contacting tinica@bytinica.com.
By Tinica reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The most current version will always apply to new bookings.
